1. What types of diagnostic services does QUANTUM Diagnostics provide?
We provide DOT and non-DOT drug screenings, STD/STI testing, HIV testing (rapid and lab), pregnancy tests, UTI/BV/yeast testing, general lab panels (CBC, BMP, CMP, cholesterol, glucose, Hemoglobin A1C), physical exams, vaccines, minor medical procedures, hearing and vision screenings, spirometry, legal DNA testing, and notary services.
2. Do you offer DOT drug screenings and physicals?
Yes. All DOT services are federally compliant, including proper collection procedures, chain-of-custody documentation, and certified lab testing. DOT physicals are performed according to DOT guidelines.
3. What STD/STI tests do you offer?
We provide testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infections, HIV (rapid and blood), and full-panel STD/STI testing that covers a wide range of common STD/STIs.
4. What general wellness tests are available?
We offer cholesterol, glucose, Hemoglobin A1C, CBC, BMP, and CMP lab panels and many more, all designed to monitor overall health and detect early signs of disease.
5. What vaccines do you administer?
Our clinic provides flu, COVID-19, Hepatitis A & B, HPV, Shingles, Pneumococcal, Varicella/Chickenpox, MMR, and Tdap vaccines.
6. Can you perform sports or fit-for-duty physicals?
Yes. We perform sports physicals for ages 6–21 and fit-for-duty exams to assess readiness for work or activity. Examinations include vitals, basic screenings, and documentation.
7. Do you offer minor medical procedures?
Yes. Services include wound care, dressing changes, and removal of sutures or staples performed by trained staff.
8. What routine health screenings are available?
We provide hearing, vision, blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, and spirometry screenings to support preventive health and early detection.
9. Do you provide legal DNA testing?
Yes. Our lab-based DNA testing services include paternity and other court-admissible tests, with strict chain-of-custody compliance.
10. Do you provide notary services?
Yes. Professional notary services are available for documents related to medical or legal needs.
Appointments & Walk-ins
11. Do I need an appointment, or are walk-ins accepted?
Walk-ins are accepted for most services. Appointments are recommended to minimize wait times, especially for DOT or lab-based testing.
12. How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online via our patient portal or by calling our office directly.
13. What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a government-issued ID and your payment method. DOT or legal DNA testing may require additional forms provided by your employer or legal entity.
14. Can I be tested without symptoms?
Yes. Preventive screenings, STD/STI testing, and wellness panels are recommended even if you feel healthy.
15. Can children get tested or screened?
Yes. Services like sports physicals, vaccinations, and certain wellness screenings are available for children starting at age 6.

16. How are tests performed?
- Urine: most drug screens, UTI, BV, and some STD/STI tests

17. How long do test results take?
- Rapid tests: 10–30 minutes
- Lab-based tests: 24–72 hours
- DOT drug tests: 1–2 business days
18. How will I receive my test results?
Results are delivered through our secure patient portal or printed copy at the clinic (upon request).
19. Are your DOT drug tests federally compliant?
Yes. All DOT drug screenings follow Department of Transportation regulations, including collection, lab processing, and reporting.
20. What if I test positive?
We provide treatment for any illness, infection, or disease that is treatable in our clinic. If a condition requires care beyond our services, we will promptly refer you to your healthcare provider.
21. Can I request a retest?
Yes. Retesting is allowed. Specific protocols may apply depending on the type of test (e.g., DOT tests follow federal retest rules).
22. Can employers send employees here for testing?

23. Are vaccinations available for walk-ins?

24. Can I get multiple vaccines in one visit?
Yes. Our staff can administer multiple vaccines during a single appointment as medically appropriate.
